Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pphwin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services available on pphwin, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, e-sports, sabong, tongits, bingo, and all associated features and functionalities.

By accessing the pphwin website, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pphwin and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of pphwin is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the platform:

• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, including those maintained by pphwin or any regulatory authority.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of pphwin or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

pphwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on pphwin, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and update your information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pphwin account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pphwin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any associated bonuses or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pphwin login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered mobile number and payment method information, remain accurate and up to date.
• Immediately notifying pphwin customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

pphwin accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow another individual to use your pphwin account for any purpose whatsoever. pphwin reserves the right to close any account that is found to be operated by a person other than the registered account holder.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pphwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. pphwin supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pphwin account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• pphwin does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• pphwin reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are only processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per payment channel.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day.
• pphwin reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in extended processing times.
• Bonus funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

pphwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: pphwin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play to exploit bonus terms, and placing bets that hedge or cover all possible outcomes.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pphwin operate under individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules explicitly address a matter not covered herein.

pphwin's games are sourced from reputable licensed software providers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in our games are independently certified for fairness. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game, pphwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. No pphwin employee or third-party representative has authority to promise or guarantee any specific outcome or payout outside of the normal operation of the platform.

Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to review bet details before confirming any wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pphwin and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with pphwin.
• Creating or operating more than one pphwin account.
• Allowing any other person to use your pphwin account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals in connection with deposits made to pphwin.
• Using pphwin for any money laundering activity or to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events in connection with sports betting on pphwin.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pphwin staff or other players via any communication channel.

pphwin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold or recover any funds arising from prohibited conduct. pphwin further reserves the right to report any illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pphwin platform — including but not limited to the pphwin brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of pphwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pphwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any pphwin content without prior written consent.
• Use the pphwin name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pphwin platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the pphwin platform.

Privacy & Data

pphwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using pphwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

pphwin uses the personal data you provide for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. pphwin does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and pphwin servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. You have the right to request access to, correction of, and in certain circumstances deletion of your personal data held by pphwin, subject to regulatory retention obligations.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or anticipated savings arising in connection with the use of pphwin.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or other service partners.
• Any technical errors, communication failures, or system malfunctions beyond pphwin's reasonable control.

The pphwin platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pphwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use pphwin at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pphwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

pphwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pphwin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of pphwin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pphwin, you agree to first contact pphwin's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. pphwin will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 calendar days of receiving written notice of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
